By entering our contest, accepting and/or using the prize, we reserve the right to use your name and photo contest submissions for promotions without further compensation.We will NEVER sell your name, email address or personal information to any third party.Only authorized employees may access your information. All employees are required to adhere to our strict privacy policies, and any employee who violates the privacy policy is subject to termination.
CONTEST PERIOD: All entries must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. We reserve the right to extend or shorten contests at any time at our sole discretion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: No purchase necessary to enter or participate. A person can participate in a contest ONLY if he or she has an active Facebook or Instagram account and is over 18 years of age. Participants must submit a photo of and/or fill out all required fields on the entry form to participate in the contest when requested. One entry per Facebook and Instagram account per day. Submitted photo must be an original photo that does not contain, incorporate or otherwise use any content, material or element that is owned by a third party or entity. Further, the submitted photo must NOT depict any content that could be considered offensive, derogatory, defamatory, disparaging, threatening or libelous; it CANNOT contain anything indecent, inappropriate, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, nor can it promote hatred or harm against any group, person or entity or otherwise go against the spirit of the Old Colorado City contest.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating you agree to a complete release of Facebook and Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Old Colorado City and not to Facebook or Instagram.
PRIZES: Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. The required number of entries for each contest is predetermined.
FEATURED PHOTOGRAPHERS: By accepting an invitation to be one of the Old Colorado City featured photographers, we reserve the right to use your name and photo submissions for publication and promotions without compensation.
UPLOADING PHOTOS: The electronic submission or posting of your images expressly implies that you release the use of your name, voice and/or likeness for advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation and upon request will provide such consent in writing. Accordingly, you shall indemnify, defend and hold Old Colorado City harmless from any suit, demand, claim or liability arising from user-submitted photos and contest entries.
CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE: We comply with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) by not collecting any information from anyone under 13 years of age. To enter, it is required that users are 18 years old and above. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
