Vendor Applications are no longer being accepted.

Acceptance Confirmation is April 15th, 2024.

Space Assignments will be made no later than May 1st, 2024.

Check in and set-up hours:

  • Saturday, May 25th: 6am-9am

  • All vehicles must be out of the event area by 9:30am

Event hours:

Saturday, May 25th:

  • Open to vendors: 6:00am-8:00pm

  • Open to public: 10:00am-7:00pm

Sunday, May 26th:

  • Open to vendors: 8:00am-8:00pm

  • Open to public: 10:00am-7:00pm

Monday, May 27th:

  • Open to vendors: 8:00am-8:00pm

  • Open to public: 10:00am-6:00pm

VENDOR APPLICATION WILL NOT WORK ON A MOBILE DEVICE!

YOU MUST USE A COMPUTER TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION!

Required Vendor Insurance:

(Insurance is Non-Refundable, do not purchase before acceptance as a vendor.)

The requirements are a minimum of $1M general liability insurance. If you already have insurance that will cover you for the event, you just need to have your agent name the parties below as additional insureds and send the certificates to us at aponiproductions@gmail.com

​If you don’t already have insurance that will cover you for the event, we have partnered with an outside company to provide you with insurance at the lowest possible cost, around $65.
